Account and booking questions
Select a question to reveal the answer.
Why does my old password no longer work?
Secure random passwords were generated when customer accounts were moved to the new service. Your old password was not transferred, so you need to set a new one before your first sign-in.
Which email address should I use?
Use the email address that you previously used to book with Bridge Paddocks. This is the address linked to your migrated account and bookings.
I have not received the password-reset email. What should I do?
Check that the email address was entered correctly, then look in your junk or spam folder and allow a few minutes for delivery. If you request another email, use the link in the newest message because an older link may no longer be valid.
Where can I find my existing bookings?
After signing in, open My account. Your current and future field bookings will be shown there, including eligible options to manage them.
What can I manage through my account?
You can review your upcoming bookings and account details. Where permitted by the booking rules and notice period, the system also provides options such as rescheduling a session or adding dogs.
What if my bookings are missing after I sign in?
Confirm that you signed in with the same email address used for the original booking. If a booking is still missing, contact the Bridge Paddocks team and include the booking email address and date.
How should I choose a secure password?
Use a long, unique password that you do not use on another website. A password manager can generate and securely store one for you. Bridge Paddocks will never ask you to send your password by email.
Still need a hand?
If you cannot reset your password or access a booking, our team will help you locate your account.
